Dr. Patrick W. Connelly is a board certified OB/GYN with 19 years of experience in Wisconsin prior to moving to the White Mountains of Arizona in early 2006. With a medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and his OB/GYN residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, you can be sure you will receive the utmost in knowledgeable, compassionate, and comprehensive care. A full range of obstetrical and gynecological services are offered including advanced minimally invasive surgery, a wide variety of office based procedures, and complete advanced obstetrical care.
Kimberly Washburn, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Kimberly received her BA in education from Wheaton College, her BSN in nursing from Northwestern University Chicago, and her MSN from the University of Cincinnati specializing in OB Women’s Health. She has had over 28 years of experience in the nursing field in areas of ER, ICU, and Home Health, specializing in OB and women’s health in the last 10 years. She is a member of the Association of Women’s Health Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses, and sees patients both in the clinical and hospital setting, practicing along side Dr. Connelly MD. Kimberly is a vibrant energetic practitioner drawing on her years of practice in a wide variety of disciplines both in the health care field and in areas of evidence based alternative medicine. She is a certified yoga instructor and believes strongly in empowering women through preventative care and emotional health. She has 4 children and resides in Pinetop with her husband.
Nathaniel D. Evans DO, FACOG
Dr. Evans earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human nutrition from ASU before obtaining his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. He completed his residency at SUMMA Health System in Akron, Ohio and has been practicing full spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in southern Arizona for the past 4 years. Dr. Evans is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is committed to helping his patients make well-informed choices about their health care. Dr. Evans is especially interested in minimally invasive surgical procedures that aid in shorter hospital stays and quicker recovery. Dr. Evans and his wife are Arizona natives. They have three children, two sons, and a daughter. His outside interests are classic car restoration, mountain biking, hiking, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.
